CBI began operations in 1980 as the Rural Bank of Cantilan, Inc. Since then, Cantilan Bank has grown to 12 branches in Surigao del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Surigao City, Butuan City and Agusan del Sur, supported by 22 field offices, all operating in the Caraga Region.
