MCPI’s capacity building program is geared towards enhancing the capacity of the members to develop an integrative, innovative, client-responsive, financially inclusive, and sustainable products and services to serve significant numbers of poor households.
Previously, MCPI offered support in the areas of market research, product development, governance, water and sanitation, housing microfinance disaster risk reduction and management, transparency, and risk management.
Currently, MCPI’s capacity building agenda is based on needs of members covering digital transformation of MFIs, social performance management and client protection, green inclusive finance, and business continuity planning.
