As a Christian based organization, ECLOF Philippines envisions a society where human dignity is fully realized, people are empowered and released from the bondage of poverty. Towards this end, it commits to provide fair credit for activities that create economic opportunities; and institutions that are engaged in the delivery of basic social services for the poor and church programs and infrastructure projects.
The ECLOF desk was formed under the National Council of Churches in the Philippines in 1972, and was registered by the SEC in 1995. ECLOF Philippines is a MEMBER of the ECLOF International Global Family which operates in 26 developing countries in four continents. To date, it has 6 rural & 3 urban branches in Benguet, Palawan, and the Greater Manila Area.
