Lingap Pangkabataan, Inc.

Lingap Pangkabataan

Lingap Pangkabataan, Incorporated [Care for Children] or Lingap is a non-government, non-stock and non-profit, faith-based, social development organization in the Philippines committed for holistic development of children and youth, together with their families and communities. Since 1981, Lingap has directly touched the lives of more than 25,000 Filipino children including their families.

Today we are directly assisting 3,000 children, youth and their families in Metro Manila, Typhoon Haiyan-affected communities in Eastern Samar and Tacloban City; Typhoon Mangkhut-affected communities in Benguet, Cagayan, Isabela and Mt. Province; Bacolod City, Bayawan City and selected provinces in Mindanao, and reaching out to more children-at-risk through the various child-focused community development [CCDP] programs through Child-focused Church and Community Mobilization [Child-focused CCM] program framework.

Lingap is registered with the Philippine Department of Social Welfare and Development [DSWD].

Lingap’s work is financed through donations from various local and foreign organizations such as Mission Alliance, Tear Netherlands and other local groups and individuals. With the help of these supporters and partners, Lingap commits itself to the fulfillment of a preferred vision where children in nurturing communities enjoy life in God’s abundance.
