Imp-Act launches new features on SPM Resource Centre

New features give targeted guidance based on growing body of SPM experience
Monthly updates to the Resource Centre, including new cases, guidance, and further resources, form a key part of the Imp-Act Consortium’s commitment to supporting SPM scale-up. This quarter saw the launch of several new features, including:

  • Updated content in the staff incentives, internal control and governance sections to incorporate learning from the recently-launched Imp-Act SPM Guidance notes
  • New risk management section which covers how client vulnerability creates social and financial impacts MFIs, what factors create reputation risk, and how MFIs can manage them, and how MFIs can strengthen organisational systems to manage social risk
  • New library of case studies from the Social Performance Task Force
  • New downloadable worksheets to help MFIs design SPM systems
